This villa is ready for you to create some fabulous vacation memories! You will have great golf course views of the 5th green of Crooked Oaks Golf Course from your your elevated position on the screen porch and deck. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, easily accommodating 6-8 guests. Enjoy use of all of Seabrook Island's fine amenities offered by the Club and the Lake House. Its central location on the Island makes it easy to get anywhere.

Chateau by the Green is nestled amongst the tall Live Oak Trees of Seabrook Island. The villa features hardwood floors throughout,. There is an open floor plan which lets all be part of the action. The great room has a large sectional with 60" Smart TV. The fireplace is decorative only. Access the screened porch from the great room. The kitchen features custom cabinets, subway tile, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. An expansive island has stool seating for six. The dining area sits off the kitchen and is adjacent to the great room. The large dining table has seating for eight. French doors lead out to the grilling deck. There is a propane grill for your use. On the screened porch sit back with a good vacation read, sip a cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage. You may access the screened porch from the great room, primary bedroom, or grill deck. Watch the golfers sink their putts just beyond your porch.

The primary bedroom has a King bed and 42" Smart TV. Large windows let you see the golf course. In the attached primary bath is a granite topped vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. You will have an additional two guest bedrooms. The first has a Queen bed and wall mounted 32" TV. A desk is tucked in the corner for those who need some quiet space to work. This bedroom has access to the full hall bath. The hall bath has a granite topped vanity and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two double beds and a 42" wall mounted TV. A private bath with quartz vanity and a subway tiled tub/shower combo. Next to the guest bath is the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED-gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 3 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
