This first floor villa is awaiting your arrival! Full beachfront view and only a short stroll down your boardwalk to the sandy beach and gentle rolling waves of Pelican Beach. The villas sit on the Edisto River with views to the Atlantic Ocean. You will be mesmerized by the rising sun skies in the morning and the setting sun in the evening. Yes, you will be witnessing both!

When entering this villa the tranquility of the space will envelop you. Gentle paint tones, board and batten details and crown molding lead to the elegance of this special property. On the left is the primary bedroom with its private bath. Fall asleep in the King size bed. Enjoy the Smart TV. Work at the small desk. The bath has a granite topped vanity and large walk-in shower. Proceed down the main hall and come to the second full bath with a walk-in shower.

The main living area has is open and lets the living, dining and cooking space flow together. The living area has a sleeper sofa. Glide open the floor to ceiling shutters and stare out to the ocean. There is a 55" Smart TV, puzzles and games for your entertainment needs. This villa has streaming only, no cable. The dining area has a round table with seating for four. In the beautiful kitchen are stainless steel appliances, custom white cabinets and Quartz counters. The stacked washer/dryer sit in the kitchen pantry.

All you need for complete relaxation is to stroll through the living room sliders and out to your beachfront private deck. Relax on the sofa and let the cool ocean breezes flow passed. Enjoy the amazing sunsets over the sea! Walk out your deck door to the boardwalk and follow this down to the water. Spend your days relaxing on the sandy shores of Seabrook Island's 4 miles of private beach!

The owners welcome your furry friend. The villa will accommodate two dogs, no larger than 30 lbs. please (additional pet fee applies per dog)

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
