This home is a designer showcase - new construction! You and your family and friends will be surrounded by luxury during your vacation. Everything in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is of superior quality -- from the professionally equipped kitchen to the amazing decor. Take a dip in the pool after relaxing on the chaises. Ride your bikes to North Beach and walk Seabrook Island's sandy beaches. Stroll up to the Lake House and its outdoor pool, the Racquet Center or vist the horses. You will not want to leave!

Upon driving up to this magnificent home, you will notice the beautiful craftsmanship. A welcoming front porch with rocking chairs make the perfect greeting spot! Enter through the front door and notice the clean lines of the open floor plan. Wood floors run through out the home. A large Smart TV mounted over the fireplace anchors the great room. Plenty of comfortable furniture to relax in. Double glass sliding doors open out to the screen porch. The large dining table sits between the great room and kitchen. Family meals will be a favorite with seating for 10. The gourmet kitchen has quartz counters and back splash, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Making dinner at the six burner gas range will be a pleasure, not a chore! Enjoy a bottle of wine, chilled in the beverage refrigerator. Prep meals at the large island with three stools. The butler pantry has your coffee maker, toaster and microwave, plus lots of storage space for your pantry items!

Dining can also be done al fresco out on the screen porch. Relax in the swivel chairs. Cool breezes will be enhanced by the ceiling fan. Just a few steps and you will be floating in the home's private outdoor pool. Catch some sun while reclining in the chaises. There is also a propane grill out on the pool deck for you to use. Mere steps lead from the pool out to the private backyard.

The main floor of the home has a powder bath adorned with ocean themed wall paper! The laundry room has a full size front loading washer and dryer. Custom blue cabinets and granite counters with a utility sink make a great spot to drop off the sandy beach towels.

This home has four bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the main floor. A large king size bed awaits your peaceful slumber. A large wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and windows with pool views complement this room. Feel like you are at the spa in the private primary bath. There is a custom double sink vanity and large walk-in shower with bench. On the second floor are three guest bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, wall mounted TVs, and private baths with walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom has two queen beds and wall mounted TV. Stream all your favorite shows on the homes Smart TVs.

Conveniently located to some of the favorite amenities on Seabrook Island including the Lake House with outdoor pool, playground and basketball court as well as the Seabrook Island Racquet Club and Equestrian Center. A short car or bike ride will take you to our 3.5 miles of spectacular beach access including the Seabrook Island Beach Club and Island House. Come enjoy the best that Seabrook Island has to offer!

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.

Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Please Note: This property is NOT PET FRIENDLY and there is NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES!

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
