The Space:
This unit is on the bottom floor of a six unit building. There are no steps to get into this unit. You will have your own private suite with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire suite. The Lobster Trap has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Just a short stroll across the bridge, you’ll find the lively Hampton Beach boardwalk, brimming with delicious dining options, exciting entertainment, and classic seaside charm. With beaches all around, you’re never far from sun, surf, and sand. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, The Lobster Trap is your ideal home away from home.

Getting Around:
The Lobster Trap has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. There are no assigned parking spots. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or there is the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.
