The Space:

Set on the ocean side with sweeping sea views, this relaxed, family-friendly house offers room for up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main living area features comfortable seating for movie or game nights with the DVD player and board games, plus an additional sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping space.

Enjoy easy indoor-outdoor living with a deck anchored by a fire pit, a furnished patio, and a BBQ grill for casual cookouts. A large dog run sits just off the lower deck—great for bringing your pups along. One of the upstairs bathrooms includes a recently upgraded dry sauna for an at-home wellness moment. A washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze.



When you’re ready to explore, you’re well positioned for coastal hikes, beach days, and visits to Sea Ranch’s pools, tennis courts, pickleball, and the iconic Sea Ranch Chapel.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. Parking is limited to what’s described.

• Stairs: The home has stairs.

• Wi-Fi/Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural Sea Ranch location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. A large dog run is adjacent to the downstairs deck.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: The Bluff Trail is nearby. Black Point Beach and Sea Ranch Lodge are about 1.7 miles away; the Sea Ranch Chapel is about 4.3 miles. Families can enjoy Moonraker pool and pickleball courts, with tennis at Ohlsen Center or Del Mar Center.
