The beach itself was superb. The sand is white and soft, probably the best sand I've seen in Florida. The water was clear and warm (even in October). „We snowbird for the month of January 2026 with 1 couple and had guest periodically stay for a long weekend or for a week Kitchen area and living room was large and there was plenty of space. We had two maintenance issues near the end of our stay, but Jeffry called her handyman and the issues were fixed promptly. Jeffry was great to work with and communication was easy. “
