A staff member checked in on us while we were having breakfast, and we mentioned the issue. They addressed it promptly by sending a clean and comfortable bed to our room. „Really great facilities and incredibly kind staff, also towards our kids, especially at reception and bar. Very good value for money at the rate we have booked. Access to public transportation is 10-15 minutes to walk (with kids) and the neighborhood probably reflects the current reality in cities like Toronto: drug addicts and homeless people. Would book again if back in Toronto.“
