The listing said AC, was surprised to find window units and the kids room did not have any unit so had to use a fan to blow air in there throughout the day and into the night. Did not specify no laundry washer/dryer on-site. Was not overly accommodating in providing options beforehand, especially when gets usually expect to have laundry onsite when renting a house. The view is breathtaking, we saw deer, wild turkeys, swans and more. I would suggest kids 8 would be better suited. I had to chase my little around to ensure they weren't touching or playing with any of the decorations. Plenty of bathrooms and counter space. No cell reception but the Wi-Fi worked throughout the whole home. ...
