Fantastische Eigentumswohnung im Landhausstil in der Innenstadt von Savannah mit Pool. Es wurde Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts erbaut und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort, um Ihren Aufenthalt in Savannah zu einem günstigen Preis zu verbringen. Es ist etwa drei Blocks vom Forsyth Park und einen Block vom Beginn der St. Patrick's Day Parade. Great location, great host
It’s always a little nerve wracking renting accommodations you’ve never seen in a place you’ve never been but this property in the Historic District was wonderful! Instructions were clear, the pool was clean and a fantastic way to spend down time, and the lodging was cute and exactly what we needed. It was within quick walking distance to Kroger, the free trolly system, Forsyth Park, and what came to be our favorite cafe, the Sentient Bean. The host was communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and better than pictures
We were pleasantly surprised as our original booking in a location near Forsyth Park was cancelled 2 days prior due to a sudden plumbing problem. Located a short block east of Oglethorpe on Wright Square, this unit is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. This unit is larger than the pictures seem to show ( the reason for the 4 star for as advertised). Bedding was comfortable and inside was comfortable with the thermostat set on 75. Large windows and high ceilings Render it bright and airy. The kitchen was more than adequate. If there is any complaint, it’s that the Samsung TVs, although Smart and connected to Xfinity cable, came with no instructions and it took 3 nights to figure it out. But visiting Savannah you don’t spend much time in front of the TV. I could not cast from my iPhone to the bedroom TV. It is a 1 story walk up so be warned about that. They offer a card for parking in a garage 3 blocks away. Highly recommend this unit.

Adorable condo, great location!
I stayed here with my husband and daughter and it was perfect. It’s very clean and so cute. The pool was great to cool down in the evenings and enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the mornings. It’s very close to Forsyth Park and a grocery store is just a couple blocks away. Everything was only about a 10 minute car ride and was even walkable if you prefer. Communication was great with host. Would 10/10 recommend. We had a great time in beautiful Savannah.

Great Stay!
We stayed here for the last 4 days of our honeymoon and really enjoyed this little house. It was very affordable and better than staying in a hotel. I would not recommend staying with more than two people but it was plenty of room for my husband and I. We could hear loud footsteps from the people in the condo beside us but it was not a huge deal. Some complained about the bed being high but there is a stool if you cannot get up otherwise we were able to get up ourselves. Very clean and the host responded quickly to my question. Would stay here again!

Nice place. Description and pictures are accurate. It was well stocked with towels, linens, spices, paper products, and soaps. Was able to walk two blocks to Kroegers. Had assigned parking spot. Only "issue" was locating the place. Its not actually on the street provided. It is located in an alley behind the street. Had we been told it was accessed by an alley, it would have been stress free. Instead we drove back and forth, tried the wrong place and finally saw someone that knew where we needed to go. Other than that glitch it was perfect! Would definitely stay again and recommend toa friend!

This was our first visit to Savannah. At first, we were not sure about the location, but had no problems. Having a parking space was great. We walked to everything, the condo was clean and very cute. Would definitely say here again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable... even a little quirky. But that was not necessarily a bad thing. Knowing it was an older building, we were not surprised that the floors sloped a bit. That made cooking a challenge. We soon discovered how close it was to the historic district that we often walked to museums and parks. Having a Kroger grocery store just a block and a half was great. A cozy coffee shop was also nearby. The one negative would be the height of the mattress on the bed. We were able to climb onto it, but we know that some of our shorter friends would not be able to do that if they stayed here. We would reserve the site here again if we decide to come back to Savannah.

Cute lil place, great price.
Loved the house. Off the beaten path. However , the house on the end is obviously a long term rental. When we arrived, we were amazed at how cute the house was. However, as we walked toward the rear of the home, we heard loud music coming through to the wall of the kitchen dining area. It didn’t last long, and we noticed that it stopped around 3 p.m. Figured he went t9 work at that time. “He, you ask? “. We figured it was a male by the sound of someone wearing heavy boots while walking down the hall. Not bad, overall. Except once he left, the dog would bark excessively, until he returned around 11. Couldn’t go to sleep at night until he returned. I understand that the building is very old, and it certainly is in an otherwise, quiet location. If you stay out late in the evening, you won’t notice the barking. Also, the Dollar Tree and Krogers are only a block away. Management was quick to answer any questions or concerns.

Pictures don't tell the story...
The property is very old and you need to understand that certain areas of the home do not have a lot of room. If you are a solo traveler - area not really great, it is not on a main street. It is what they call a lane which means area between two main streets, so on one side it's back of houses and you are only one of total 3 attached cottages on the lane in the middle of the lane.(block) *Bed height is about 36" off the ground so if you are only 5'2 it is very difficult to get onto the mattress. * For some reason the volume on the TV does not get to a level that you can hear it. Not that you want to sit and watch TV all day but comes in handy when it is raining. *Bathroom does not have a lot of room, neither does the shower, this is coming from a 5'2 average size person. Needs some upkeep on exterior.
