Staff was not helpful at all. Environment was not really safe. Room was not cleaned. Bathtub did not drain. No coffee pot in the room limited space to plug-in electronics.

2 lamps didn't work. The location was difficult to find. No signage like other motels had. There was dog poop on the sidewalk and urine (dog?) as well as spilled milk.

This is honestly the worse place I have ever stayed at. We got locked out of our room at 11 pm and they did not have staff or security working. I had to call the police and the manager refused to come and help. The Policed said they couldn't leave us there in good conscience because how dangerous it was. Now the refuse to reimburse or Money. Complete scam.

I booked a room here for 2 nights. I was very careful about where I booked since it was just me and my underage daughter. We pulled up and saw that all the rooms were only accessible via the parking lot that faces interstate 95. NONE of the pictures provide a view of the whole building showing the room doors being outside. When I spoke with the desk associate I advised him that I did not feel safe staying at their property (not to mention that there is no front desk staff after 11pm). I advised that I would feel a little better if they could put me on the 2nd level so there isn't ground level.access to my room. They said they had me on a room on the bottom floor and they couldn't move me. When I asked if I could cancel or change my reservation to one night (I would rather be out the cost for 1 night instead of 2) they told me i had to contact Expedia, so i did. When i called Expedia they informed me that they needed to contact the hotel to get sn exception to refund me my money. The hotel refused even knowing my concerns. The cancelation policy is 24 hours in advance which it would have been to cancel my second night. The desk associate still refused to refund any of the charges. I told them that i was still not going to stay there due to my concern for our safety. So not only was i out 200.00 i had to find another hotel and doent an additional 500.00.

Decent place to stay, although a bit noisy with highway traffic; bring earplugs. Other than that it was good. There is a Perkins restaurant in the same building so that was convenient.

Based on the pics and being "pet-friendly" I booked a night here. I booked a king room, but when I arrived I was told the only room that allowed pets was a double. No big deal but the room smelled really bad. My guess is they only have a couple of rooms that they allow pets in, so those rooms stink, so not what I would call a "pet friendly" facility, they just had a few rooms they allowed pets in. I wouldn't stay here again.

Location was great though it was a little hard to find with GPS. It is actually attached to a Perkins restaurant but is walking distance to a variety of other options. Beds were very comfortable. Pool is not functional.

There was noting wrong with the motel, but beeing next to l 95,we could ear every trucks coming off the ramps with the jake brake on, so close l could tell what brand of engine. We could also ear the peoples walk and talk by our door.

There was no information online about needing to check in by a certain time, however when we arrived at 11:30 the front office was locked and empty and there was no one available by phone either. We ended up having to find another hotel at midnight.

The guy at the desk during check in wanted 35$ to let me check in 45min early. Then wanted to settle for 15$. The room was surprisingly decent. Cars and trucks full of people hung out in the parking lot till at least 3 am drinking and listening to loud music. Had to go out to check on my car because people were doing donuts/ spinning tires in the parking lot. Had to check to see if they hit my car. Couldn’t go to the front desk they locked the doors and put chains on them. Not sure if people were pounding on our door or the neighbors door at 3am. But when i open the door a drunk guy was walking away. In the morning Waited 10-15 minutes to checkout of room/ gave up and left my room keys at desk

Showers don’t have hot water. We checked in at 9:00 showers were cold that night and that morning. Smoke detectors kept going off (only when we turned the central heat on) so we removed it. Other than that an ok stay

The property wasn’t easily findable due to lack of signage. room was decent.. There was no hot water!!! So we were not able to take showers. The people next to us had a dog that barked all night so we weren’t able to get a good night sleep either.

We had a great stay here. The room was very clean. Front staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again

The worst place. The tub paint was peeling and poor water pressure. The area outside the room was dirty and drug addicts hanging around. Not the place to bring your family to. The place doesn’t look like the photos in expedia. I felt unsafe

So dirty and loud. The photos are nothing like the actual property, which is run down, shabby, hard to find, and a little sketchy.
