Good property

The owners are great and are responsive. The property could probably use a once over with paint and a deep clean but it is in good shape. It seems to be the last street in the area that hasn’t been caught in the updates to the neighborhood. The location definitely hurts it.

Property was fine but sits next to a junkyard that was noisy. There were only 3 forks in the kitchen and other kitchen equipment was sparse. No toaster. The remotes to operate the fans/lights in the bedrooms did not function.

Location location location

The inside of the house was beautiful. The host were very nice and communication was great. The neighborhood & street are not up to par at all. The lot to the west is like a chop shop but has a huge chain lock and gate the owner opens constantly at all hours of the night driving loud cars in and out of. Parking is an issue. The street is loud and I don’t think I slept the whole time I was there. If you bring ear plugs a gun and sleeping medicine you will be ok staying there. But it really made a negative impact on our first time in Savannah and our little family vacation. I would recommend the owners send the address before the cancellation period ends so if you are not comfortable with the neighborhood you can cancel and get your money back. House was beautiful on the inside however let’s not forget the host have tried their best to make it comfortable.

We rented out two of the units and had a group of 12. 6 in each unit and it was great. Short Uber to the river and great backyard set up. Overall an amazing place and we all had a blast.

Easy to walk to Two Tides for a few beers and we walked to dinner at the Vault. Both were great! We then Uber’d over the Perry Lane for a glass of wine at the rooftop bar.

Comfy house in Savannah

Remodeled townhouse, very clean, lots of windows and with all necessities for a short stay. It’s a a traditional old house where the interior stairs could be an issue for people with mobility difficulties. The area where is located and as described by the owner is a work in progress. No issues with our car parked in front of the house. Communication with the manager was quick and easy.

My friends and I stayed in this condo over Halloween weekend. It was the perfect location! The unit was clean and very comfortable! The mattresses provided better rest than at home. Communication with the owners was top-notch! I definitely hope to visit again soon!
