Convenient easy access to main roads. Near all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Hotel and rooms were neat, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and area was clean.

Only bad thing.....was that both waffle machines quit working....both at the same time....so we actually had to go out and find a breakfast place. But otherwise, would love to stay there again when we come back to the area.

My room was not available that I reserved and they transferred me to Sleep Inn. Hotel was very loud, couples arguing, people partying late around pool, and children running through the halls. Shall not return.

What I loved about property was the comfort. We were looking for affordability and comfort during our stay in Savannah. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, our room was ready before 3pm (such a welcomed blessing). I loved the kitchenette, with the full-sized refrigerator. The breakfast was yummy with scrambled egg, kielbasa, fruit, juice, coffee, toast muffins, etc. beautiful dining room and only about 15 min. away from the historic area or the visitors center where we toured the town on a hop on hop off bus. Very fun. .

Amazing experience! They even had a whole kitchen in the room with all utilities. The breakfast was amazing and very complete. The only down site was the lights besides our bed did not work and one of the face towels looked oily. For the price, It was good.

I did not like that the water knobs in the shower did not correspond to the appropriate side for cold vs hot. It took a while to get water to shower.

Property was clean, staff were very polite. We only stayed one night, everything was clean and updated. The only disappointment was someone had a dog a few rooms down that barked all night long, otherwise the stay was good.

The staff was great, but the first room (139) they gave us was dirty still and had many issues. Some issues included holes in the drywall, hair all over the floor, a dirty toilet, chunks missing from furniture, and a phone that didn't work. The next room (141) was cleaner but lacked a smoke detector and a working phone. We paid in advance so we stayed the night, but we asked for new bedsheets because the ones on the bed had a footprint on them. The staff was very apologetic and worked hard to make our stay better, but it was not the best experience we had.

My room was on the first floor towards the back of the property. My room didn’t have blinds or black out curtains. Hated sleeping or trying to sleep with white bright lights shining into the room. On my way out to vehicle, I noticed most windows didn’t have blinds. Won’t stay there again.

This was a very upsetting stay I’ve ever had. I had to request for another room due to the first one they gave me was dirty from linens to furniture. The second room they gave me was just as bad. Linens had dirty hand prints, pillow cases had stains, floor was greasy, bathroom had hair on the curtain, should I go on? I have pictures to show and post. I’m utterly disgusted with this hotel and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The hot water is more like Luke warm. The floors were absolutely disgusting, like walking around outside with no shoes on. The parking lot was nasty, and trash everywhere. The outside door close to the elevator didn’t work at all. The breakfast was great. The room was nice and large, and seemed to be okay for our weekend. We will look for other lodging next time we come to stay.

I guess this boils down to “you get what you pay for”. We checked into our room which happened to have an adjoining room door. The adjacent party of approximately 8 people (estimated from all of the voices) can in around 4am, turned the music on loudly, and began smoking. Around 5:30 we called the front desk due to the continued noise and smoking. The front desk was quick to respond and they stopped for about 5 minutes then resumed the music with a different speaker. They also then began smoking marijuana in addition to nicotine. By 8am the party was still going and we went to breakfast. I asked if that party was checking out and explained our complaints. They told us they would not be checking out but WE could move rooms later in the day. This was disappointing that they were allowed to stay and we were inconvenienced. Later we were moved to another room which was clean and free of parties next door. However, they must have used a floor wax that was not appropriate for the newer vinyl planking and it was like ice skating across the floor and socks wee really black. We didn’t mention this because at this point it was a better room than having all of our belongings smell like smoke. I do not recommend this hotel for the lack of follow through with policy.

My room has a mini kitchen…. But no desk or table or chairs to sit in. I called and they brought one the next day. Was there for 5 nights, gone from 615am until 8pm, no one serviced my room, no fresh towels or anything. I always thought that was part of the stay, unless the sign was on the door.

I didn’t know that part of the hotel was extended stay. I was all the way in the back of the hotel. Where all you smelled was weed and cigarettes. The people were loud and some was even working on cars in the back. A young lady let her dog use the bathroom in the hallway and didn’t clean it up until some mentioned it.

Isolated, dark, and unsafe for tourists.
We stayed there for 3 nights. Personal safety is a concern at this hotel. While it is off of a main road, it is set back behind other businesses and no part of the hotel is visible from the road. The parking lot is dimly lit and the there were very few other cars there. My family and I were rushed by people who were lurking in the darkness and we had to run to the lobby for safety. We checked out early the next morning and will not be back. Beyond that, the room stunk of stale cigarettes. Our TV set didn’t work on the first night there but was fixed on the second.
