We had a great stay - we had a race at Wormsloe State Historic Site and it is very convenient to that location. There were also some great restaurants close by - we enjoyed Jalapeños a lot.

Great property!
We wanted to get away from home (where we are constantly seeing chores we are avoiding) to rest, relax, read, and maybe wander a bit. Historic Savannah is in easy distance, with the Cathedral Basilica less than ten miles / 20 minutes by car; so then you are right there with all the squares and the Savannah River district. Even closer (easy walking distance) is the Skidaway River and the Isle of Hope historic district. And just a couple of blocks away is the entrance to Wormsloe Historic site, where we enjoyed a several mile stroll around the grounds. There were a couple of local eateries we spotted on the way in, but the kitchen at the house is so well-appointed that we just cooked in. We read, we wandered, we streamed, and this is a very comfortable property for all of that.

Great stay!
Property was very well stocked and extremely clean, plus adorable! It was centrally located to our scheduled activities. Property management was very easy to work with. Be aware, this house is across the street from a large school and there were some sort of loud blowers that could be heard all night from front two bedrooms during our stay. Might be an issue for light sleepers - ours opted for ear plugs.

The Secret of Savannah
The Isle of Hope area is the best kept secret of Savannah. With quiet streets and amazing views, you will feel at home immediately. The property was clean and well updated. Our group had a few issues with the property that was communicated and managed as best as could be expected by the host. There was a coffee pot (much appreciated) and a full kitchen. Some of the furniture is delicate but tastefully decorated and charming as the community. Ceiling fans and a well functioning AC in July was a huge plus!

Cozy comfort
This house was very comfortable for a family of six. It was nicely updated with a vintage charm. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of dining space. The only suggestion would be to provide better lighting in the bed rooms. The house was conveniently located to highways for easy access to the city. I would definitely book this house again!

An enjoyable stay!
This house is well represented by the photos in the listing and we found it to be very clean and comfortable. We were looking for a place to stay that was close to our family who live in The Landings and this worked out great. A short drive and plenty of space for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms felt newly renovated. A nice family room and kitchen were both appreciated. The washer and dryer are in the garage, in case you were wondering and they seemed new as well. The house was well stocked and the check in process was straightforward. We would stay here again while visiting people at The Landings and really enjoyed our stay.

Would not stay again. House has a horrible smell, damp and musty. The kitchen was not cleaned. Other abandoned houses right next door. School across the street has a loud motor that runs all night. Food items from previous guests were left.

Have confidence in booking this one. Recently renovated ranch. Pictures on listing accurately reflect spaces. Decor is a plus. Arrived to be greeted by deer in the backyard which ended up being a great space for the grandchildren to chase bubbles and let the adult children catch-up with mom and dad.

Beautifully appointed and comfortable property
This property was just great for our family of four. It was beautifully decorated. This included lovely original art, that really set the tone. The bedroom spaces are relaxing with the beds being very comfortable. The bedding itself was high quality -adding to the lux feel. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. Loved having a washer and dryer too. The only thing that I would say could use some help were the outside spaces. They were a little rough and definitely didn't match the beauty of the inside. Couldn't easily find the house number. Would be helpful if it was more visible for arrival. But the neighborhood was quiet and the location both to the ocean and Savannah was perfect. Definatly would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house over the weekend for a family baptism. It was close to some really cute shops and restaurants. Loved how the inside was decorated and that it was plenty big for 4 adults and two small kids.

Perfect location for our family
We were in Savannah for a family reunion and needed extra beds. This cottage was in a great location, well stocked and clean. I rated 4 stars for cleanliness because the outdoor area in the back needed some attention. We didn’t use the yard so it didn’t matter to us. We needed to extend our stay by a day and the manager cheerfully accommodated us. I would stay here again.

Beautiful house!
We just spent 8 days at this property and were really impressed! The house has been beautifully renovated throughout and is exactly as pictured. It is comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. It's in a quiet family neighborhood a short walk from the marina and historic district for Isle of Hope. We saw deer every night grazing outside. The house is quiet and clean and it's easy to get to everything in the area. We highly recommend this property!

Recently renovated home in convenient quiet neighborhood
I stayed at the Isle of Hope on a recent trip to Savannah. This older style ranch home has renovated bathrooms and a kitchen, and is furnished with some antique pieces. The basics for cooking are available but there wasn't a toaster or measuring cups/spoons. The main entrance to the neighborhood is directly across from Wormsloe Historic site which has a small museum, ruins, and 3 mile flat walking trail. The entrance into the historic site is beautiful with its live oak trees lining the drive. It was a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Convenient location and comfortable place to say!
