TV did not work-staff unhelpful to resolve issue. Forced to change rooms 2nd day. 1st room not functional. No counter top access, tv not working, no closet or hangers. 2nd room better but additional lighting would help.

The room was not ready for occupation. The towels and toilet paper stacked up on back of toilet. Had to.move them to the FLOOR to flush. No surface available to place personal items or toiletries. Floor space was only . No internet so TV did not eork. Owner gave me 3 different pw but no internet . As well advertised close to bars and eateries. Not within wslking. Would nrver recommend.available.

Some remodeling and newer appliances so everything you probably need. Good bed. However, many small details detracted - TV remove not working, no shampoo, no bath mat, bathtub coating was peeling and slippery surface, curtain partially off rod, no coffee maker/cups or tissue, tiny wastebasket.

Hi Candice, You did not even stay here, you booked a room without paying, then showed up after hours, as it was explained to you over the phone, you must pay for the room, let us know your arrival time, so we can give you check in info, you did not do any of that..Have a great day!

It is just what I expected for the price. The area was super convenient for me. Room was simple, clean and shower was hot. Air conditioner worked fine.

We had a unique experience: once we tried to check in, we found the room to be nice and clean, but we noticed the bed frame is broken; and it seems the property manager already knew about it, because she didn't even come to check it. But, on the bright side, she agreed to fully refund us (while the booking was not refundable) and later on she worked with us and Expedia agents to confirm and proceed with refund. This place gets good mark on cleanness and staff, but it seriously needs repairs

The rooms are old and need updating. The bed was comfortable. Couldn’t get connected with the wifi. No hot water when arrived. Owner had to come and turn on hot water. Would not recommend this place to our friends and acquaintances.

I had terrible experience at this place. There was no breakfast as listed. I overpaid for this nasty place. I had to wait for the lobby to get a toilet paper, they had not put any toilet paper in my toilet. My access card did not work and I had to stay outside in the cold for more than 3 hours to get a help from the staff. Not recommended.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We don't advertise breakfast. If your card didn't work, all you had to do was walk to the office, call the number listed, and someone would have shown up to let you in your room. Have a great day.

Room VERY small, bathroom did not have dedicated tub just open shower area that flooded the entire bathroom floor. Had to go get multiple towels to clean up. First night tv did not work they had to go get a cable box to put in it. Noisy! I could hear people next door just talking, road noise and train that house by every 20 minutes. I would not stay here again even tho it’s cheap

I was just in town for the night for a job close by. The stay for the night was good. Bed was comfy enough. Nothing bad to say about the staff as they were not there when I arrived but had the room all ready! Room appeared clean and did the job!

Not What I Expected
The price is reasonable for the area but the photos on the website are misleading. The property looks nothing like them. I asked for an exchange of towels which I never got so had to use the same ones for three days. They advertise "newly remodeled" rooms but mine certainly wasn’t. That being said, the room was clean and the nights were quiet.

Hi Denise, We do have newly remodeled rooms, you were in a room that has not been renovated yet. Someone is always in the office, or on the property, you could have asked us, or housekeeping for extra towels, we would have been more than happy to provide you with them. Have a happy day.

Really nice new hat
I remember the $29 a night road side motels that were clean and up to date for the times. Not much has been done here since those days. The unfortunate truth that, thanks to inflation the $29 a night is now $129 a night. If you made bad choices back then, well once again your about to make one now.. The staff seem use to and good with this location, but as a traveler you probably won't be. For me I made the best of a bad situation. With the money saved over the room rates downtown, I bought a really nice hat, pair of sunglasses, and a sweater. So like most things in life, you make tradeoffs. I made my choice. Were the passerbyers compliments on my new hat, sweater and sunglasses worth it? Cheers

Night Shift check in lady needs to be nice but the dayshift was very pleasant. She told me my reservation has been canceled because I didn’t pay with my credit card, but on the website, it said I could pay at the property. I had to go back in and rebook the property and thank goodness They still had a room left at 7:30 PM. Bathroom needs a remodel. The toilet was rocking when you used it. I will definitely pass on by this hotel Next time I come through. This refrigerator did not work On a good note the bed was very comfortable.

Hi Doreen, Thanks for the feedback. Yes, there is an option to pay at property, but, it's better to pay online, that way you do have a room when you arrive. If it is not paid for, we only hold for a limited time. Yes, we still have a few rooms that are going to be completely remodeled. Thanks for staying, have a great day.

Room 22 was stunning. Huge open shower. Stone walls. Wonderful bed and crisp new bedding. Great Frig, freezer and microwave. Loved drawing the 8 cute wild kitties to our front porch with some cat food we bought at a store. They are fed regularly but we love cats and had a really fun evening of entertainment! (Sure beats watching TV in bed!). Will stay here every time we come this way.
