ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT

Five steps lead from street level to the main house front door, and eighteen steps connect its First Floor to the Second Floor. The carriage house is reached by a brick pathway from the street to a white gate opening onto the patio, then eighteen steps up to the front door with one step at the entrance. All staircases have hand rails, no shower has built in hand rails, and there is no dedicated wheelchair access in either building.

Guest Access:
The home is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. Both buildings, the patio, and the hot tub are private to your group.

The Neighborhood:
Our home sits in the Victorian District, a quiet residential stretch of preserved 19th century architecture just south of Savannah’s Landmark Historic District. Forsyth Park is a six minute walk away, with its 1858 fountain and the Forsyth Farmers’ Market held at the south end every Saturday. Restaurants, galleries, and coffee shops are close at hand, and the squares, museums, and riverfront of downtown are a little farther on. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.

Getting Around:
This is a walkable part of Savannah, with short blocks and Forsyth Park six minutes away on foot. The city is bike friendly with rental outlets widely available, and rideshare is easy to find. Two off street garage spaces are available at the property, reached from the lane at the rear, with free street parking nearby for additional vehicles.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
-We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure both buildings are clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
-Please no glass in or around the hot tub, and kindly keep the cover on when it is not in use so the water stays clean and at temperature.
-Please keep noise to a respectful level out of consideration for our neighbors, especially at night.

BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should a rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
