The Space:
The condo is an open concept loft featuring original art throughout, including many local artists work. Unique, iconic black and white Keith Haring wall graphics in the bedroom. Sleep soundly on queen size Casper mattresses in the bedroom as well as comfy full thickness, full sized Murphy Bed in the living room that can be easily collapsed when not in use. Additional storage in the closet and multi-purpose furniture, such as fold out desk, to maximize space. Enjoy relaxing in the living room catching up on some of your favorite shows on the smart tv. A stunning, fully equipped chefs kitchen awaits you for any cooking needs. We offer a Keurig and K-cups for your enjoyment!

Fresh towels and linens are provided and spacious bathroom with stand top tiled shower. A hair dryer and Public Goods toiletries provided for your use.

You will be steps away from the famous City Market, one block to the Plant Riverside District and overlooking Broughton St which is overflowing with shops and restaurants! This downtown condo is everything you dreamed of for your Savannah visit! We can't wait to host you!

Elevator access with five wide steps down to condo entrance. Private key-less entry on well-lit street in a secure building. Guest will have full access to the condo.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District on Broughton Street near a plethora of local boutique shops and name-brand stores. You’re only steps from City Market, where fun is delivered fresh daily. Stroll through this shaded courtyard between two Savannah squares, surrounded by bistros, art galleries and local musicians, embracing the thriving artistic community. By night, join the crowds for concerts and cuisine. Three blocks North, explore the famous cobble-stone streets of River Street that has something for everyone, from fine dining to adult slushies and can’t-miss festivals. At any given time, you can find yourself watching the beautiful sunset over the Savannah River, or taken aback by the sweet smells of freshly-made candy. Just four blocks South, explore contemporary art at the at the striking Jepson Center and visit the Telfair Academy housing 19th and 20th century American and European art.

Getting Around:
Bring your walking shoes and stroll through the 22 parks filled with the iconic oak-shaded squares. Paid metered street and public garage parking readily available and close by. Please be mindful of street sweeping zones and parking meters throughout the city. You can download the ParkSavannah app prior to arrival to pay the meter from your phone. If you would like to park in a garage, we recommend the Robinson Garage at 132 Montgomery St. It is just a short one block walk to the condo.

Other Things to Note:
The property is situated in the center of Savannah's downtown historic area so noise from the lively night life is to be expected, particularly on the weekends. We offer our guests a 50” 4K Fire TV with endless entertainment and a smart speaker to enjoy music. High speed WiFi setup for personal use.
