„Comfort“

„Great location, clean and comfortable.“

„Great hotel in a very nice town. All walking distance“

„Location was great. The room smelled. The AC kept turning on and off all night, despite being set on low fan. The mattress was sagging and needed to be replaced.“

„Upon check in we were informed there wasn’t any hot water, been broke for a couple of days, were told it would be fixed by 0800-1000 the next day! Went to our room and as soon as we opened the door, the room smelled of human urine!!!!! Went back to front desk, clerk walked to our room and immediately agreed it smelled of urine. „My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. Rooms and buildings are renovated, the area and surroundings are very peaceful, lots of activities to do & staff is very friendly, except for Chris at the front desk who does not seem to want to be there. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Helen. Loved the oldies music being played at breakfast!“

„Hervorragend!! “

„We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn in Helen Georgia. I was skeptical about Hampton Inn as I have never stayed at one. I have to say, I was very happy once we arrived. The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful with suggestions (and a map) for dinner. We had a suite that was quite roomy! I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends and family.“

„What a wonderful experience! We were welcomed at the resort entrance with a written note. Upon reaching the hotel via a winding mountain road, we were greeted by Jan who offered us a glass of wine and checked us in. She escorted us to our room and said to call us with any need. She later gave us a tour of the amenities of the resort. The dining experience was superb overlooking the golf course. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning. My wife and I agree that we’ll be back for a ...

„Service was exemplary! I elected to pay at the property. The host was kind and patient. The room and property was beautiful and well maintained. I was there for a retreat and ended up running late on the last day and the staff was so kind. They did not push us out of the room or demand that we leave earlier than we needed to. I felt truly cared for, and the experience was one that I love to have again“

„Strange check in all done on line no one is there. Nice room easy parking big hill to walk up if old“
