I have looked over your reservation also our communication here at the reception and I have found no where that you had informed us of the shower not working so that we could have had maintenance department take a look at it immediately or change your room if necessary with regards to the shower not working or you AC - also the power outage that occured was not the fault of the hotel as mother nature and the storm that was taking place was the cause. I am sorry to hear that you were having difficulty accessing our bar - the Pub is open from Tuesday - Thursday 4-11 - and Friday and Saturday night from 4-1 for live music. Thank you for taking the time to send us a review however I would like to take a moment to simply clarify a few things regarding your Reservation. As per your reservation through Expedia it simply stated 2 beds which will automatically come up as 2 double beds which is the room you requested in your reservation. I am sorry your check in took some time however without the proper name at check in we are unable to check a guest in - as you stated that it was your maiden name that appeared on the reservation and not your married name which is what you provided to reception upon check in. I also see that the crib that you requested was actually in the room and already set up upon you entering the room and I have no further requests for extra pillows. We try the best we can to accommodate a late check out - our regular check out time is 12:00 noon and at most we can do a 1:00pm. I am sorry your experience did not go as you wanted - please feel free to call the hotel and further discuss this with me if you need. - Thank you - Nicole - Reception supervisor

We are sorry you feel this way with regards to your stay with us however please understand that the hotel has several other guests in house that are not here on hockey and are here to work. Many have to be up early in the morning and as per the Respect Your Neighbor Policy that was sent to your coach and also you signed upon check in - it clearly stats that we ask that you comply with the "Quiet Policy" at 11 pm. We are simply asking for Respect for the other guests in the hotel. We are sorry you feel that you were "jailed" for the weekend however we do need to take the necessary steps to make sure that all of the guests in the hotel are happy with their stay. Being away on a hockey tournament for your children should be a fun time for the children and some great hockey being played please remember that for your next tournament.
