This fully renovated 2 bedroom waterfront property offers a range of amenities that cater to both relaxation and entertainment. Just a short 2-hour drive from New York City, this home is conveniently located within walking distance to everything happening in the trendy town of Saugerties. Here, you will discover a private backyard with a Hot Tub facing the Esopus Creek as well as a Sauna, dock to launch our kayaks (available for guest use), go fishing, swim or just relax and take in the beautiful lake views. Enjoy your own back deck with comfortable seating overlooking the Esopus Creek.

Comfortable Accommodations
- The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with quality linens, room darkening curtains, a closet, a five-drawer dresser, and a luggage rack. It also includes a smart TV with streaming apps, bedside charging ports, a ceiling fan with dimmable lights, and a small mirrored vanity.
-Second bedroom also features a queen-size bed and an additional twin bed, comfortably accommodating three guests. It features a wall mounted TV with streaming apps, bedside charging stations, a ceiling fan with dimmable lights, room darkening curtains, and a dresser.
-Full-size bathroom situated between the two bedrooms. This shower-only bathroom boasts excellent water pressure, and all-natural, paraben-free amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. Guests will also find a hair dryer and plenty of large towels for their convenience.
-Additionally, a stackable washer and dryer is available in the hallway laundry room at no extra charge. Laundry soap, Softener and Dryer Sheets are provided at no cost.
