Our Townhome is Ideally Located to Downtown Saugatuck / Douglas and all of the Area Attractions with Easy Access to Holland, Fennville and South Haven as well. You'll Enjoy having 2 Areas to Stretch-Out and Relax; along with Outdoor Space on the Upper Deck to Enjoy your Morning Cup of Coffee and Breakfast or Below on the Patio with Fire Pit to enjoy a Relaxing Evening under the Stars with a Glass of Wine or Roasting Marshmallows.
Bring your Bikes and Ride into Town, or Most Anywhere because you're Literally on Blue Star Trail Walking and Bike Path it's at your Front Door…Saugatuck is a quick 2 minute drive into town… A 5-10 minute Bike Ride or a 15-20 minute or so leisurely walk into Saugatuck via the Peterson Preserve Trail.

Our Roomy Two Story Townhome has 2-New King Size Beds with 2 Large Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms. We've included everything we could think of to cover your needs such as:
A Fully stocked kitchen; Free High Speed WIFI; HDMI for gaming, with Smart TVS with Roku, Netflix amongst other streaming choices. We even provide the small incidentals you may have forgotten, all under an Open Concept Great Room Living Area with Cathedral Ceilings. This is a perfect base to Investigate everything Sauglasville (SAUgatuck douGLAS fennVILLE) has to offer. We have these 3 quaint small towns to explore! Take a drive thru the country side to our 3 wineries, 4 Orchards…..Or our local lavender or goat cheese farms. Traveling from one of our quaint towns to the next, giving that aura of going back in time. Our tri-community area and our townhome are in the center of the small country vibe. Come relax and enjoy whether it's a rainy day or time to veg out after a full day of activities, you’ll find there is space everywhere for everyone. And….We've even created a Work Area with Desk and some Sunshine (as long as Mother Nature Cooperates) to complete your work for the perfect Staycation/Location, not too much work though! The Entrance is around the corner on North Street (just past Maple Str. on the left you'll see the Fire Hydrant and then Peterson Pathway) that will lead you thru the preserve with an abundance of wildlife and a quiet stroll /shortcut into town.... To Find everything Saugatuck has to offer: Unique Shops/Boutiques, Cafes/Restaurants, Fudge/Ice Cream, Wine and Whiskey Tasting, Art Galleries and Activities Galore, here are a "few" other things to do in and around the area :
*The Historical Chain Ferry (in season)that will take you over to
*Mt.Baldy for a Climb-up the 302 Steps to a 180 degree of Breath-Taking Views of:
