The hotel itself is great. The rooms are big, modern, clean and comfortable. The beds are perfect, the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower and the toilet is separated. The breakfast is amazing with lots of options for every Japanese or western taste. There are only to minor complaints from our side: the location is a but far off and you need to switch trains at Tokyo Station to come to any famous spot in Tokyo. The other complaint is the gym. You will only find treadmills here, no machines and no free weights. Weightlifting is not big in Japan, so it's hard to find a gym in Tokyo. Therefore it would be great if the hotel offered some machines or weights to do so. The spa though is amazing. Women and men are strictly separated here, so you can't enter together.

I did not like getting charged 3000 yen extra for 24h gym access in a 5 star hotel. I only booked this hotel bcs of the gym and was a bit underwhelmed when I found out there’s an extra fee. The service was exceptional. The ladies at the reception were very nice and welcoming !
