Newly Built Lakefront Home - Less than 5 minutes to the track!

This is a beautiful home on an extremely private street that is just five minutes from the track and less than ten minutes from Broadway in downtown Saratoga. It was built last year and is the perfect combination of private lake luxury with easy accessibility to nightlife and more. Enjoy the privacy of the lake just outside your windows with the convenience of being near every restaurant, bar, golf course, track, spa, shopping and attraction you could ever want! Enjoy the beauty outside from the large private deck or the covered lower porch. You can also enjoy the view of the lake with breathtaking views out of two large sitting areas and two of the bedrooms.

Parking Policy: The house is on a small private street that is very quiet and surrounded by only the sounds of nature. Since this is a small and private road, we only have room for 2 vehicles to park in front of our house for your stay. One additional parking spot may be purchased from our neighbor and we can arrange that for you if you need to bring an extra vehicle. Saratoga is a town with limited parking options and more cars than that are not permitted at this rental. If you have other vehicles, they can easily be parked downtown (less then 10 mins away) in free 24 hour parking lots that are available for visitors.

Our recent stay in this home on Fish creek was absolutely wonderful. The property itself is a true gem, offering a beautiful and peaceful retreat.Enjoying breakfast, watching the crew teams while overlooking the creek was a perfect way to start each day. The location was incredibly convenient and served as an ideal home base for our travels. It was fantastic being so close to the Saratoga racetrack and having so many restaurants and retail shopping options nearby.We particularly appreciated how well-situated the home was for our trips to the Saratoga racetrack, the Washington county fair , the Vermont country store, a Saratoga boat tour and the New York State fair. After long , exciting days of exploring , it was such a relief to return to the comfort of this lovely home.We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and relaxing place to stay.

The house is in great shape with an awesome deck and view of the river. It was a 10-15 minute ride to anything in downtown Saratoga Springs and made it really easy to get to and from the race. The Blackstone made breakfast and dinner easy. The AC worked great during a very humid and hot weekend.

Always a good time.

This is our second year renting this property. We use it as a boys fishing trip on the lake. The property is always in good order. Plenty of room to dock 2 boats. Just a good place to kick back and relax or go fishing on the lake.

Amazing Experience!

Everything about this house was perfect! Clean, centrally located, all the options you could want in a Saratoga Lake House. The owner was also very nice and extremely responsive, willing to answer every question and provide insight about the area. The views are second to none and we were even able to have a chartered boat pick us up directly at their private dock. The weekend was seamless and our group couldn’t have had a better time. I would stay here again ten times out of ten. Parking is a bit tough if you have more than 2 cars, but is manageable with 3 cars nonetheless as long as one car is a sedan. Without a doubt, this is where you want to stay on Saratoga Lake!

Everything about this rental was fantastic. The owners communication and information was spot on. Their home is new, spacious, clean, well stocked, and the location is perfect. There is limited parking but that was easy to work around. Hoping to go back again in the future.

Great place.

The house was set up great for a group of friends to utilize. The house has been recently renovated and gives a clean airy feel. The house has modern touches that makes the stay comfortable such as central air, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Comes with stocked kitchen, we located all the pots and pans and so on that we would ever need. Super convenient location to the great town of Saratoga. Would highly recommend this location to anyone for any type of event. However nothing is perfect. We used the house for an annual guy trip to the lake in which we have two boats. There is a dock but it is in need of repair. Minor but we ran out of propane when we went to utilize the awesome provided black stone grill for the first time. Also unfortunately in the summer the bugs in around the lake in the evening and night is high. We had a smokers in our group and just them going in and out every so often allowed more bugs then you would think in. Minor issues at best, in closing this place is really nice and would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely Property

Nice place with lovely view of lake. Very clean and comfortable beds/furniture. Short distance to Saratoga Springs and easy drive to Lake George. Minimal parking with narrow road to property. Well stocked kitchen, would prefer to have a curtain over the kitchen window to ensure privacy. Would stay at this lovely property again.
