Way tooo expensive for the size of the room.. manager needs training.. of the 15 rooms available she put 4 rooms side by side. .noise from both sides .. room not big enough to have a table and two chairs.. toilet had not been cleaned.. small coffee maker but no coffee, sugar or creamer.. for a two day stay high price.. F- Rating.. never again.. we drove 3 hours and had to wait over a hour for the room code to open the door.. because she went to party...voice mail full.. if it wasn't for another renter helping us we could've waited a lot longer .. everyone in this small town is very nice and respectful.. please find another place to stay..

Dearest RichardI am so sorry you did not have a good experience. It’s too bad you didn’t review your confirmation letter when you booked your reservation as it had all your check in instructions stating your door code and activation time of 3pm which is standard across hotel-motel chains in the US; unless you had made previous arrangements for early check in. The owner, manager, maid, bookkeeper, complaints VP and HR CEO is all the same person and knows the room is small, but clean. And your significant other did a wonderful job picking up upon departure. Please thank her for me. Our “throw back” style motel is not built around Hyatt standards and we do offer rooms with “living space “ for apx 20 more per night.All in all, anyone who books a room with us will see the price is very reasonable. I am sorry the timing of my departure to a family 35yr anniversary crab boil….for two hours….was not the perfect timing for you; I will try harder. I do hope your next choice will meet your expectations. Warmest regardsOwner

It was nice to have laundry on site and a warm space. I did not like the loud sound of the heaters at night while sleeping.

Honestly, this place is awesome and one of the best values I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were clean and modern and we loved all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenette. Super convenient checking in too with just a door code. Great value and will stay again if ever back in Saratoga

While the space and the price were exactly right, the room was filthy. There was fur and hair everywhere and all over the beds, sheets, pillows and couch. It didn’t look to be cleaned at all.

At first glance the rooms look updated and nice. As we start to get settled in we found a pill on the floor from prior quests, sticky spots around the floor near the refrigerator, dog hair all over 1 bed and dirty towels.

The room was clean & affordable. It looked like it had recently been updated & was very nice. The only suggestions that I would recommend for improvement are adding a hairdryer & tissues to each room & the shower head was not great if you're short. :) But other than that I would highly recommend staying at the Silver Moon & will likely be back! It was only minutes away from the hot pools & dining.
