About the space:

The unit faces the Gulf Ocean and the beautiful Harbor Towers & Yacht club waterfall.

Walk or drive to the beach it is less than a half mile away! Here you will find the best sand made of crushed quartz we promise you will not be disappointed. The beach has bathrooms as well as a great spot you can grab lunch or ice cream.

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit, both bedrooms have their own en-suite attached. Private master suite with large walk in closet and sitting area. Private Washer & Dryer unit in the condo for your use.

Downstairs you will find the pool along with the marina and beautiful inter coastal where you can watch dolphins and manatees swim by.

There are many places to rent kayaks / canoes which will deliver them to the condo or you can bring your own! There is a full kayak launch pad in the marina complete with handle bars to get out.
