„This is a good basic room. It was clean, inexpensive and well situated, which remains my highest priority for lodging as I travel to the area regularly. The good- Nice to have breakfast available until 10:30. Cleanliness and extremely helpful staff. Long story short, left my id behind at home and they let me check in with a photo sent by my husband. The location is great! Easy access to the Bronxville Station for Metro North and the highway.Shop Rite about 3 minutes away is open until 2 am! The ...

„We didn’t give us what we paid for“

„C completely misrepresented did not stay there far from a luxury apartment advised to check into a different location no code or communication prior to check in time at 4 PM. Received emails and poor communication after 6:30 PM apartment smelled very musty and like a dead body was inside, extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. “

„This place is a scam.“

„My experience did not match the listing. I was asked to make payment outside the platform and the check-in process was not clear. I would not recommend this property. ⸻ ⭐⭐ Balanced Review The property did not meet expectations. When I arrived, the check-in process was unclear and the home appeared to be partially occupied. I was also instructed to make a payment outside of Hotels.com instead of using the platform. This caused confusion and concern. I would suggest the listing be ...

„This is a scam and at the same time others guest’s was there for same booking but we can’t get any feed the property support and we returned from the property and kids suffered a lot!!!“

„Super Unterkunft mit komfortablen Zimmern. Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend. Nettes Personal. Lage sehr gut mit Anbindung nach Manhattan.“

„I was asked by your staff to pay a $100 security deposit on April 10th. This transaction has been processed and cleared from my bank account, but I have not yet received the refund! And nobody answered my messages! The breakfast is terrible. It’s been seven days without a single vegetable, and they serve the exact same thing every day! The housekeeping service never replaced the hand soap. Over seven days, we only received two mini soaps for three people! Unbelievable.“
