„Host had two security camera in the leaving room and inside hallway that are constantly on , So technically she’s watching every moves that a guest is making, she’s does not allow people to have visitors, nonsense ! She’s very disrespectful and will talk to you as a child.“

When the AC was out so was the power for the whole apartment. It is normal for the power to cut off in this country but it took hours for our host to get it back on when everywhere else did it in a matter of minutes. I do not know why Vrbo allows owners to cancel only a few days before you are supposed to arrive. They should have given me more days notice on the cancellation. And to make it worse....I had to reach to the owner....otherwise I don't think they would have given me the notice that she cancelled!!!“
