The space
The Modern Cozy apartment is an amazing home is equipped with more than just the basic necessities. The home has air-conditioning in the bedroom. with the windows opened, you'll experience a refreshing breeze that passes directly through the home!

There is a full bathroom in the bedroom and half bath in the Livingroom area.

A washer and dryer is in the apartment for guest to use. Also, there is a clothes drying line on the 10th for of the building if you prefer open air drying.

The apartment has a full kitchen in the home that includes a microwave, oven, stove, pots, pans, toaster, and silverware that are available for use.

The home is equipped with a 55 inch SMART television in the living area and a 43 inch SMART TV in the bedroom.

Also the space is equipped with blackout blinds that can be opened or closed depending on your natural lighting preference.
