1. Check-in & Check-out ⏰
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: By 12:00 pm.

2. Maximum Occupancy

The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests. No visitors allowed.


3. Pre Check-In Portal & Identification 🔑🆔

This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
All guests must submit valid IDs and the required information through the Guest Pre Check-In Portal. This is necessary to receive access codes and check-in instructions, ensuring a smooth arrival.

4. Third-Party Bookings 🚫

We do not accept third-party bookings (i.e., reservations made on behalf of other guests) without prior authorization from us. The person making the reservation must be present during the stay unless we have given explicit approval in advance.

5. Quiet Hours 🤫

To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

6. Smoking 🚭

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building.

7. Pets 🐾

No pets allowed.

8. Parties & Events 🎉

No parties or events allowed. Please respect the property and neighbors.

9. Damages & Breakages ⚠️

Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. Please report any issues promptly so they can be addressed.

10. Social Areas 🏙️

Please respect all building rules and shared common areas.

11. Laundry & Garbage 🧺🚮
• Use laundry facilities responsibly.
• Dispose of trash in designated bins and recycle when possible.

12. Air Conditioning ❄️

Turn off the air conditioning when not in use to conserve energy.

🛏️ Note on Bedding & Linens

If bedding (sheets, towels, pillowcases) is stained with substances such as blood, makeup, or similar products and cannot be properly cleaned, an additional charge will apply for replacement.

🔐 Acceso al Penthouse – Pisos 8 y 9

1️⃣ Al llegar, informa en recepción que tienes una reserva en el Penthouse.
2️⃣ Toma el ascensor hasta el **piso 8**, que es la entrada principal del Penthouse (la unidad abarca los pisos 8 y 9).
3️⃣ Se te entregará una **llave** que te da acceso tanto a la puerta principal como al ascensor. Puedes entrar directamente al Penthouse desde el ascensor en el piso 8 o 9. 🗝️

📲 Importante:
Es obligatorio completar el pre check-in en el GoRentry Guest Portal antes de tu llegada. Solo una vez completado recibirás el código de acceso e instrucciones necesarias. ✅
