•Room 01: Double with 2-seater bed, closets. Bathroom with tub and Private Balcony
•Room 02: Bed of 1 and a half seats, closets and window.
•Room 03: Bed of 1 and a half seats, closets and window.
•Bathroom 02: Receptacle shower, within reach of Dorm. 02 and Dorm. 03.
•Living room: It has a dining room, sofa 3 bodies, coffee table, TV and with a large balcony.
•Kitchen: Sheet equipped with utensils, pans, and cooking artifacts.

Due to its exceptional location there may be some noise during the day/night, but the entire apartment has a double window

Located on the third floor of tower A by elevator.
It has a 24-hour concierge, and the apartment can be reached by stairs or elevator.
Main door with double safety lock.
With paid underground parking in the building.
Laundry and Drying Service on site (Paid with $100 coins.-CLP and $500.-CLP) freight cost $1,500.-CLP.
Wifi, Bluetooth Speaker and Smart TV. The accounts of the apps (Netflix, Disney, etc.) are not included, the personal accounts of each guest must be used.
Includes large and small towels, as well as amenities for a comfortable stay.

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the apartment, only in the balcony of the living room.
