Since this is a residential area, please follow the building rules, including keeping conversation and music at a reasonable volume during the day and maintaining silence after 9 p.m. A 50 USD fine will be charged if there are noise complaints. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If smoking occurs, a 100 USD fine will be charged to cover additional cleaning and deodorizing, as well as potential lost rental days. Parties are strictly prohibited, and a 200 USD fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Pool use is subject to availability and may be restricted by building management.

In the living area, there is a comfortable full-size sofa bed, also provided with bedding as needed. A portable heater efficiently warms the space. Thermopanel windows in both the living area and bedroom help maintain a comfortable temperature and ensure a quiet environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, a set of pots, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, and tableware for four guests.
