Enjoy this unique, tranquil getaway on a working olive farm, close to Los Olivos. The fully equipped, 1-bedroom cottage is very comfortable for a couple and can sleep up to 4 easily (1 Ca King, 1 full-size pull-out sofa with memory foam topper). The bathroom has been beautifully redone with a soaking tub and a satisfying 'rain' shower. The property is within walking distance of 2 lovely wineries and a 1.5-mile walk/short drive to Los Olivos, the best wine tasting town in the Santa Ynez Valley.

The space
Enjoy a fully outfitted home away from home. The bedroom has a Cal King bed, a seating area and French doors that lead out to a side patio with a view of one of our olive groves.

The comfortable living room has beautiful views of the barn and grove. There is a 45-inch TV with a wide selection of channels to select from. The couch folds into a full-size bed and there is a table in the dining room that comfortably seats 6 - 8.

The bathroom has been recently remodeled and has a comfortable soaking tub and enjoyable rain shower.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig and a full-size washer/dryer, and the home is fully air-conditioned.

The cottage is located on a 4.3 acre operational olive farm. Wildlife abounds and you might see and hear hawks, owls, and coyotes.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire cottage to themselves. The owners live onsite but the cottage and the area around it is quite private.

Since this is a working olive farm, parts of the property are not accessible. Signs are clearly posted.

The home is accessible via keypad and the code will be provided the morning of check-in. Physical keys are also available.

Parking is available in front of the cottage (2 cars max).

Other things to note
Pets are welcome with prior approval of host. Certain dog breeds are prohibited, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds and any aggressive dogs. Dogs are not allowed to be left at home while their owners are out. There is an additional charge of $100/stay.

There is a 2-night minimum stay for this property.
