„We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach ( few hundred feet) I do recommend bringing your own toilettes as a very small amount is provided. It would be nice to get more than one days worth on trash bags and soap but not really something to complain about as long as you know and ...

„The place was exactly what we were hoping for. Location was great - close to the dog beach and also very close to the Local where you can ge some groceries and wine/soirits. Quiet at night. Very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Check in process and communication with our host was top notch.Will definitely stay here again if available. Highly recommended.“

„This was a perfect little house for our Fall Family trip to the beach. The house is located fairly close to a beach access, and has pool access for days we didnt go to the beach. A golf cart was included which is a plus for traveling back and forth. So many supplies in the kitchen as well as beach toys. Loved the Green Egg for grilling at night. We Loved our time spent here. “

„Property as described and pictured. Plenty of beach chairs and nice cart to haul all our stuff to the beach which was a short walk away. Nice view of the sound and of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Unit also quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors unless we were outside. Owner very responsive to inquiries pre-check-in and checked with us shortly after check-in to see if we needed anything. Will definitely consider staying here again.“
