This darling WaterColor home is located at 88 Buttercup Street a block off of Highway 30A. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the main home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests per the HOA - the bedding situation allows you to really spread out!  It provides quick access to mulitple WaterColor community pools, Camp WaterColor (geared towards kids), the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club, and the Boathouse. Arched doorways, multiple couches and a sleeping porch add to the home’s inviting and cozy feel.

A covered front porch welcomes guests and is an excellent spot for watching kids play across the street in the lawn! Natural light fills the professionally decorated home. The living room has multiple couches allowing plenty of space for guests to play games and chat around the TV and gas fireplace. The open concept space opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen boasts marble countertops, premium stainless-steel appliances, and an open concept floor plan. The eat-in kitchen island has additional seating for 4. The main floor also has a Master bedroom with a King-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities.

On the second floor, an additional master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to a sleeping porch with porch swing. Additionally, an arched doorway leads from this bedroom in to a quaint sitting room with 2 twin pullouts from the couch — a perfect reading nook! The pullout couch space also has an entry of its own. The spacious upstairs laundry room makes it convenient for guests to wash clothes throughout their stay. Also upstairs are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin/Full and Twin/Twin) also with an en-suite bathroom.

The beautiful back porch and courtyard with built-in grilling station can be accessed from the doors of the kitchen/dining room. The courtyard has lounge seating and the adjacent raised covered porch with additional dining table and chairs is perfect for an al fresco meal!

This home also has a carriage house equipped with a Full size bedroom, full bathroom, built in Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, an open living space with couch that pulls out in to a Full sized sofa bed, kitchenette with island seating, and quaint patio with 2 chairs.

Explore the WaterColor community on the 4 bikes provided, or take the LSV to one of the neighboring towns. With this home's prime location and access to WaterColor’s Beach Club and Camp WaterColor pools, this home is a great place to make family memories!

This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more.  Children under 6 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Sleeper sofa in living room with Full sized pull out (sleeps 2)

Guest access

The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community!

The Beach Club is a 3 minute easy walk, making this home a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 5-minute LSV ride. The highly sought-after Phase I Park District location of this home cannot be beat! The mature trees and quiet, neighborhood feel is great for kids to play and ride bikes tucked away from busy roads.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. 

Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group upon booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay

Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.

Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.

Perfect location

This was the perfect house and perfect location! Accommodations were perfect for two families with kids ranging in age from 8 to 17. It had everything we needed. This house is located close to the Watercolor Beach Club and Town Square - both walkable. We would definitely stay here again!

How Can You Go Wrong in Watercolor?

The property was suitable for a family stay of 6. We had 7 and had an adult in the small bunk room on the ground floor. It appears that it was a previous laundry room or utility room. It was a little snug. The master bedroom is lovely and spacious. The property was clean and well-located. Parking is an issue as there are no spaces directly in front of the property. All in all it was a nice stay.
