DETAILS: Located in the Crossings District of WaterColor, 74 Wisteria Way is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It's conveniently located to restaurants, Publix, nature trails, and the neighborhood pools that are easily accessible with the home's 4 adult bikes or 6-seater Low-Speed Vehicle. It's also just a short ride away to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The entire home has a natural, coastal charm from a professional designer with wooden floors and graceful interiors that is signature to WaterColor's iconic style. The first floor of the home has an open kitchen and living area that opens up to the back patio. With sparkling white marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances, the room has a sleek and clean feel. There are premium Wolfe and Sub-Zero appliances, a wine refrigerator, and an ice maker as well. There is room for 10 at the breakfast bar and dining table to eat together. The spacious patio also has outdoor seating that overlooks the private pool and covered cabana, which has a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, beverage refrigerator, gas fireplace and is surrounded by lush greenery. The home's pool has a tanning ledge with lounge chairs that are perfect for sunbathing! Also on this floor is a half-bathroom, large laundry room, butler's pantry, and primary guest suite with a king bed and private bathroom.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom on this floor has a king bed with a private bathroom. The second king bedroom has a shared bathroom. The final bedroom has a full-size murphy bed and an attached bathroom that is shared with the king bedroom.

The home also notably has a Tesla charging station, which is special to have along 30A! Guests will love having a private pool to enjoy and sunbathe when you're not on the beach. The WaterColor Beach Club also has several food options, chair setups, and resort-style pools to entertain all ages. Luxury in WaterColor - Paradise for families

This was our second trip to Watercolor with our family and likely to be back next year. Would highly recommend staying at this property. We loved the private pool, outdoor areas including the huge front porch for morning coffees and swings for the girls. The neighborhood is quiet which we loved and enjoyed riding the golf cart to the beach, pool, Grayton gym, and restaurants nearby. Thank you!

Excellent home and location

We had 4 adults 1 preschooler and 1 baby. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We especially appreciate the baby gate at bottom and top of stairs. Very important- the house was immaculate and everything in working order ! 5 stars from our family!

Beautiful house with great amenities

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Cruising around on the golf cart all week was a highlight. The beaches and pool areas were easily accessible, clean, and beautiful. We did need our own beach towels, so I was glad that I packed them.

Family Getaway!

This house was perfect for our family!!!! I absolutely loved the pool! The beds are comfy too which is always a bonus to me! We never had any major issues and any small ones we had, 360Blue handled quickly and with kindness. We would highly recommend this house.

annual grandchildren trip.

beautiful amazing house in a great location. very clean and something for all ages in the home. we enjoyed the pool, swings on the porch’s( the two swings on the front porch were a pleasant surprise) and the golf cart was so handy and very nice. we would definitely stay here again, but the upstairs bathrooms were a little tight for 6 girls. absolutely love the house though.

This is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed on 30A in 10+ years of vacations. The outdoor space is incredible, and the house is well appointed and comfortable. Ringing in the new year by the fire was a dream. We’ll be back!

This property is heavenly

We loved every minute of our stay here. The home is beautiful, comfortable, immaculate, and in a gorgeous setting. With high ceilings and windows the interior is light and airy. The pool and sitting area in the back is delightful and a comfortable pleasant place to gather. The property is 1.6 miles from the Watercolor beach Club, but the 6 passenger golf cart and 4 bikes made getting there a breeze. We actually walked much of the time.. which was a pleasant stroll through the Watercolor/Seaside neighborhoods. There are great restaurants and food trucks nearby and the Watercolor amenities are first class. The 360 Blue staff who manage the property are excellent! They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and responsive. When we return to Seaside we will return to this gorgeous home.
