Located on Santa Rosa Beach, CeCe's Beach House is a 3rd floor condo with unobstructed gulf front view. Steps from the water in the heart of 30A--close to both Destin (15 miles) and Seaside (5 miles) but far from the crowds. Palms of Dune Allen is a 24-unit complex, perfect for couples, families, and especially multi-generation groups. Spacious living areas, three full bedroom and baths, seasonally heated pool, elevator, and a 30-foot balcony overlooking the fabulous white sand and emerald water.

No streets to cross! Gated property with private beach access gate (60 steps from the building) only available to the 24 units on the property! Beautiful seasonally heated pool surrounded by beach chairs and umbrellas available to guests. Elevator and carts for easy luggage transfer. Walking distance to convenience store as well as the Gulf Place community featuring several restaurants, boutiques, and a bike rental location. Only a five-minute walk to the highly acclaimed restaurant "The Vue" and the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. Walmart is a five-minute drive; Publix grocery is a 10-minute drive.

Great biking trails all the way along 30A! Uber is also available but having a personal vehicle is recommended. Golf carts are also available from rental facilities. Parking is in a gated area next to the condominium building. A ramp and elevator are available for easy accessibility.

The 1700 sq. ft professionally decorated property features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with expansive granite island, a dining table that seats six along with four bar stools plus balcony seating for six. An electric George Foreman grill is located on the balcony for easy cookouts. Units on lower floors are limited to views of the pool or gulf but from unit 305 you also have a fabulous view of the beach-- not only from the balcony but from the kitchen, dining, and living area. Drink your morning coffee as you view the dolphins in the gentle waves. There are books, games, 4 cable flat screen TVs with Wi-Fi available for your use. A limited number of beach chairs, towels, and toys are available.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at the condo. The location is wonderful. The beach was beautiful. The kitchen had anything and everything we could need. Everything was perfect. If I had anything negative to say it was that the gate stopped working to the entrance of the property (which wasn’t a big deal really) and on departure day they were working on WiFi, but the problem came with the workers parking right in the way of the sidewalks to the parking lot which made it really difficult to bring luggage down to the cars. They jokingly said they weren’t trying to make it difficult but honestly they could have moved the van over a little to make the carts easier to move. That and that there was a realtor (or what I expect was) showing a property but parked right at the gate and left their car there, so making it where it was hard for anyone coming in (they were confused by the empty car at the keypad) and where traffic coming in or out got backed up easily. Again nothing really, just a little irritating. But the condo and everything that had to do with it was truly perfect for us. We hope to return!

Excellent view & quiet location, needs improvements

This is the second time my family has stayed in this property. We loved it so much last year that we booked it right away for the same week the following year. Over that timeframe, it appears that they have changed property management companies. The area that concerned me the most was the cleanliness of the property
 Especially with Covid, it did not feel clean. The floors were still dirty. The rugs were so dirty we had to move them to the side so that we wouldn’t walk on them. Several dishes that we took out to use were dirty. Several dishes. The grill was dirty. The windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out of them. The bedding comforters did not have a duvet cover. So were we sharing bedding with the previous guests?? It just didn’t feel clean. We enjoyed reading the personal owner story last year but it’s a shame to see this place like this. It needs some updates but we can handle that. The nice little touches that we enjoyed last fall break, were no longer there. The view is fantastic. We love the low-key location. Our check in process was frustrating. We were told on the phone we could check in early. We went to the grocery store to buy all of our groceries only to find out that we couldn’t check in early. I had a car full of cold foods and there was no consideration. The lady at Newman-Dailey reservations was very rude. She said it needed to be inspected. After I told her I’d sit and wait for them to come, an hour later, the inspector came 
 stayed about 5 minutes
 wiped the grill with a paper towel (which was still left dirty) & then we could enter. Why didn’t she check the dishes? Or windows? Or floors? I’ll think twice after staying in another rental managed by Newman-Dailey as well.

Perfect Family Condo

This was the first time that we have stayed at the Palms at Dune Allen but certainly wont be the last. We loved being on the beach, the cleanliness of the condo and the pool and also how close we were to everything. We have 4 kids under 9 and this condo made getting all of things down to the beach a breeze. We can't wait to return.

Great stay , great location. AND A LOT LESS CROWDED than other places in the area. That was a huge plus for us! I didn’t know that the beach rentals were only $75 a week for umbrella and 2 chairs. You may want to convey that to future rentals. If I would have know I would not have lugged my umbrellas and chairs every day if it was that cheap. Thanks. Will definitely return.
