The space

Welcome to 'Rising Star'! This house truly has everything anyone could want in a vacation home - from the complimentary 6-seater LSV, 6 complimentary YOLO bikes, private heated pool AND HOT TUB, two front porches each with two porch swings for relaxing after a day at the beach, a 3rd porch overlooking the pool and outdoor grilling area, gourmet open concept chef's kitchen plus expansive living spaces inside and out!

Situated just STEPS from the bridge in a quiet corner of WaterColor, this house is in an ultra-prime location (you may not even use your car once)!  Surrounded by lush landscaping, bike trails and walking paths through shade trees, steps from fountains, lakes, a fishing dock, climbing trees in the front yard and more!

This is an exceptional vacation home for a large family, corporate retreat (all bedrooms with en suite bathrooms), girls/guys weekend away, multiple family vacation, or a multi-generational vacation.

'Rising Star' features Tempur-Pedic mattresses and smart TVs in every bedroom, the fastest WiFi available, and many more wonderful features to enhance your stay.

It is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel Thermador appliances, 2 dishwashers, gorgeous custom designer decor, outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing, plus complimentary board games for the family's enjoyment. There are also complimentary beach chairs and toys for guests' use (or you can arrange for beach chair setup through WaterColor).

This spacious (5,300sf+) home has a very open floor plan with plenty of separate (or combined) spaces for all ages to spread out comfortably. The home has marble counter tops throughout, a massive breakfast bar with seating and eat-in kitchen, adjoining butler's pantry with large wine fridge, a large dining area with seating for 12+ with doors that open to the front porch, a private heated pool and adjoining hot tub flanked by a fountain water feature, built-in outdoor kitchen with grill and ice maker, outdoor shower, a carriage house (with the option to attach/detach from the main house), and more!

The main house has 7 defined sleeping areas (all with full en suite bathrooms) plus 2 half bathrooms, which includes 4 spacious king suites.  There is a first floor master and 3 masters on the second floor, the main one of which has its own private balcony with two porch swings overlooking the scenic WaterColor trails and trees. There is also a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the second floor.

The carriage house has 1 bedroom and another full en suite bathroom, and its own living area (with queen size sleeper sofa), wet bar and full laundry room (sleeps 4).

The 3rd floor has one large bedroom with full en suite bathroom that has built-in twin over twin size bunks (2 sets) and two additional twin size beds (sleeps 6).  The third floor media room also has a queen size sleeper sofa.

When taking a break from enjoying the wonderful WaterColor amenities, this house has a picturesque outdoor living space complete with a private pebble-tec swimming pool and hot tub, built-in outdoor kitchen, fire table, outdoor TV, outdoor shower (with hot water), and a beautiful lounge seating area.   There is corn hole to play, too!  Alternatively, retreat to one of the four swing beds on the multiple porches to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

One of the two garage bay's has been converted in to a game room with ping pong table and a couch - another great space for kids to relax.  The other garage houses the LSV.  There is parking in the driveway for 6 cars.

This house comes with a maximum of 16 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more.  Children under 6 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.  There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is the wonderful (and quiet) Frog Pond Pool and park!

The Beach Club is just across the bridge (3 minute bike ride), making this home a dream to not have to worry about parking since it is an easy walk or even quicker bike ride! Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute LSV ride. The highly exclusive and stunning Phase III Lake District location of this home cannot be beat! These are large estate-style homes with a quiet, neighborhood feel - great for kids to play and ride bikes tucked away from busy roads.  The pictures do not do the area justice!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your group upon booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home.

Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.  These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.

17 family 7 day stay, May 31-June 7: Kitchen lacking, no shampoo, limited to one toilet roll per bathroom. No kleenex. Eat out should be the plan. Great beach, tennis club, bicycling and fishing. Quiet, super safe. Exclusive community with great infrastructure.

Beautiful home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other’s company and plenty of space for privacy when wanted. The kids took over the third floor while adults and couples had their own bedroom. The neighborhood is excellent. We used the golf cart and bicycles and didn’t need a car. We had a small issue with the WiFi and the golf cart but the problems were promptly fixed. We will be planning another family vacation and will definitely consider staying in this area and home.

Super awesome from A to Z

Our entire party of 18, ranging from 3 to 60+ year-old, fell in love with everything this property and the management team have to offer. The home: spacious and modern / The neighborhood: bar none the best as a vacation town / The nearby Seaside food trucks: super delicious (best turkey legs, best snow cones) / The beach: who could complain about white sand and emerald water!!! The Management team, especially Ava-Kerr, was marvelous at communications and resolved some minor issues we called for in a timely manner (examples: wrong code for a couple bikes). The inclusion of the golf cart and the six bikes are a super welcome addition. We didn't have to drive our vans anywhere!

Amazing week with family

We had an amazing week with family staying at this property. The home is beautiful, very roomy and had everything we could possibly need. Location was also a huge plus! There was plenty of room to spread out and a space also big enough to accommodate us all when we were all together. Management was quick to always respond, professional and kind. We will be back!

Great property!

The property size, location, and setup were great. Our party had 6 teenage girls that all fit very comfortably together on the 3rd floor. Each adult couple had their own private space with their own private bath. The connecting carriage house was a bonus as well. You did not have to exit the main house to enter into the extra room above the garage as you do with most houses. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house fit the bill for our stay. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Disappointed that the special coffee machine was off limits though. Close to grocery and beach.
