Both beach access and iconic Hwy. 30A are about one-half mile down the road - bring your own or rent some bikes and explore via the Timpoochee Trail that runs parallel to 30A. Or, hop in the car and head to nearby Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, around three miles away. Shopping, restaurants, and other amenities are all just a few minutes' drive.

At home, you’ll find charm and convenience seamlessly combine to create a welcoming, cheerful space. Spend the morning sipping coffee on your enclosed back patio or upstairs on the private balcony off the primary bedroom suite. On the main floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living space, hardwood floors, and stylish decor. The kitchen’s stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space make cooking a pleasure, and there’s plenty of room for everyone at mealtime around the dining table.

After a day at the beach or sunning at the community pool, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of the day’s laundry. Four TVs and free WiFi offer indoor entertainment options, or you can unplug entirely with a cookout on the patio’s gas grill. End the night with a marshmallow-roasting session around the firepit - another perfect beach day awaits tomorrow.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
