Wir waren für vier Übernachtungen in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten eine kleine Wohneinheit mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. In der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden. Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und ausreichend Geschirr. In einem kleinen separaten Raum hatten wir eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Waschmittel war ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben es genossen, uns auch mal selbst Speisen zubereiten zu können. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es leider keinen Zimmerservice und auch die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Die jüngere Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat uns bei allem gerne weitergeholfen, was man von der älteren Dame nicht behaupten kann. Diese empfanden wir als sehr überheblich und unfreundlich. Deswegen hier der Abzug bei den Punkten für den Service.

Luxuriöses Appartement
Sehr schönes und komfortables Appartement in einer kleinen Anlage mit Pool. das Appartement ist großzügig ausgestattet und insbesondere die Küche enthält alles, was man benötigt. Die Anlage selber ist sehr ruhig, das Appartement liegt allerdings direkt an der Straße. Der Lärm ist nicht stark störend, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es kein Problem. Wir haben eine entspannte Zeit verbracht!

Very limited outside appeal. Maybe a nicer picnic/ grilling area, Also would benefit from a full length mirror in the unit; Besides that everything was excellent! Very nice quiet room with everything that you needed and a great AC unit. I would definitely come again.

My first time staying at a boutique hotel. It wasn’t beach themed, but it was very clean, quiet, and spacious. I wish the TV stand in the bedroom was a dresser or chest of drawers with a TV on top because there were no drawers for clothes. We stayed 4 nights, so it would have been nice to be able to put our clothes in drawers and put our suitcases out of the way in the closet.

This was our first time at Santa Rosa Beach area and we were thrilled with 30A Inn & Suites. Definitely would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay along 30A. No disappointment what so ever, beds were comfy room was immaculate, grounds kept up perfect! Very accommodating in every way! Quiet laid back location close enough to the beach and a short drive to amenities. Definitely will be returning here! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Would recommend
Easy to find the place. Had a little trouble figuring out which building I was in but it did not take long to figure it out. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked not having to keep up with a room key. I was busy with family so I was never there during office hours. More coffee would have been nice. Great off season pricing.

Newer property - very clean and neat. Nice location though it's off the beach, but not far. Many public access points to the beautiful beaches of Santa Rosa just minutes away. Great did and shopping not far at all either. Carol is a most gracious and friendly hostess.

Very nice boutique Inn & Suites. Loved the suite we stayed in. Full kitchen, living room, table for two to eat on, comfortable bed & nice bath. Pool area was very close (although not heated so we didn’t use it since it’s Nov.) Easy drive to stores & restaurants and beaches nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay
30A Suites is a fantastic place to stay in Santa Rosa Beach. Restaurants, coffee shop, and beaches all within one mile from the hotel. I love children, but it is nice to stay at a place that is only for adults. The pool was clean and quiet too. I will definitely stay at 30A Suites the next time I am in SRB.

Place was very clean (except for elevator area which has a heavy mold smell) but rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had an issue one night with the Air conditioner and toilet leaking but the staff made arrangements right away to move our room. It was very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. Only downside was it was further away from the beach than we hoped for. You can bike to the beach or drive down. BBQ across the street was good and a quick walk.

Beautiful room- huge high ceilings. Large frig. Large bathroom. Nice area for sitting. Big closet, but no dresser for clothes. Overall it was a lovely place to stay. Quiet and perfect for our stay.
