„My adult boys and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Nell's place. She was very communicative prior to the stay. The house was stocked with everything needed for the week. My boys particularly loved bbq'ing on the wood fired grill. We loved walking right out the back door to the sand and beach and fire pit.“

„Loved this place,especially the views from the upstairs & deck! Jen was very easy to communicate with & super simple check in. Lovely that we were given a bottle of wine, cheese, snacks & fresh eggs! So nice to hear running water from the fountains while you relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. „Six of us stayed at this home and it was a great fit for our group. The location is superb and the house had just what we needed to get things ready for a wedding weekend for our daughter. The kitchen was roomy and had lots of items which made it very useful. We were able to relax and the location within a block of town made it perfect for walking to great spots for dining. “

„I give this a 5 star because the hosts were amazing and very available for anything we needed. The location is great with a fun park across the street and a short walk to the beach. The couches were not that comfortable. The beds were very soft and comfortable. I do feel there should be attention to detail on some areas that were not that clean. The housekeeper needs to put in bit more elbow grease on areas of the kitchen and floors and outdoor furniture. But in all, it was a very pleasant ...

The property is in the middle of all that Solvang has to offer (lots !!). It clean and offered a home base for all our activities. Looking forward to doing it again.
