The Space:
Experience the perfect blend of original charm and modern comfort in this single level home. The light filled living room serves as a cozy gathering spot equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The dedicated dining room features a spacious table with seating for six, perfect for shared meals. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting sleek stainless steel appliances, bright countertops, and a classic farmhouse sink. For your convenience, a private laundry room is available.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for rest and privacy. The primary and secondary bedrooms feature plush King beds, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed. With two full bathrooms, everyone in your group can prepare for the day with ease.

Outside, double glass doors open onto an expansive wrap-around deck designed for outdoor living. Equipped with woven lounge seating and a large dining table, it is the ultimate vantage point to catch panoramic sunset views over the vines with a glass of wine in hand. During your stay, wander through the yard to pick fresh fruit from the home's lemon trees, or take a peaceful 5-minute walk down to the Laetitia Winery tasting room to enjoy a crisp glass of sparkling wine.

Guests will have access to the entire home and deck.

Nestled behind the private gates of the world-renowned Laetitia Vineyard & Winery, this estate offers an ultra-exclusive lifestyle defined by rolling hills and rows of vines. While you’ll feel worlds away in your own private sanctuary, you are perfectly positioned in the heart of the Arroyo Grande Valley, just a short drive from the historic Village and the pristine coastline.

Getting Around:
Getting around by personal vehicle is the easiest. Rideshare options are available.

AMENITIES:
We provide bath towels, as well as toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee/tea, sugar & spices, oil, trash can liners, etc.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT:
Early check-in may be available depending on the schedule and for an additional fee. Late checkout is not available.

PARKING:
There is parking available for several cars in the driveway next to the home.

THE DRIVE:
The house is very easy to find, the home is just off of the 101.

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the apps on the Smart TV.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
There is an expansive outdoor deck with a propane BBQ, lounge chairs and dining area, overlooking the vineyard.

BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, featuring two king beds and a queen bed. There are 3 total beds, which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

KITCHEN:
Chefs kitchen fully equipped with state of the art appliances, stone counters, and everything needed to host a formal dinner or create your own culinary masterpiece.

LAUNDRY:
There is a laundry room equipped with a washer, a dryer, detergent and plenty of storage space.

PETS:
Pets welcome with a nonrefundable $125 pet fee (per pet). If you bring your pet, please do not leave them unsupervised outside! We have wildife around the winery!

SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the home or overlooking the deck area.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.

If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available 24/7 through the booking platform.
