Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and with a beautiful park right across the street, your time away from home will be enjoyable with all there is to offer; from the patio with a BBQ right outside your door, to the park with basketball, tennis courts, playgrounds & picnic. A fully stocked house allows you to pack your bags and leave the rest to us.

This house is in a perfect location right across the street from a popular park with basketball and tennis courts, BBQ’s, a playground and expansive lawns.

We’re in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to shopping and many tourist spots. 5-8 minutes to Walmart, Target, Costco, Trader Joe’s and many restaurants.

Santa Maria is in the middle of it all! We’re just 20 min to Pismo or Avila Beaches and Vandenberg Space Force Base (VASB), 30 min to Solvang, 45 min to San Luis Obispo and 60 min to Santa Barbara.

We’re in the middle of wine country so take your pick of tours you’d like. You can see more in my guidebook once you’re booked.

We’re also almost half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles making it a good place to stop if you’re driving through.

While in Santa Maria, don’t forget to try our famous Santa Maria style BBQ at one of the restaurants mentioned in my guidebook.

You’ll find the most moderate weather here in the whole country! We’re usually in the 70’s year round, dipping to 50's-60’s in the cooler months and 40’s at night.
