This place is a gem! Impeccably clean, perfectly located in a well-tended, amenity-stocked complex that is STEPS away from all the charms of the Plaza. The unit is clearly well cared for and loved by its owners. Mario was super responsive and helpful with a question we had as well. We would happily stay here again and again.

The house was very clean and well-stocked for all our needs. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook (if you wanted to) and the washer/dryer is a bonus. I loved how close the condo was to downtown Santa Fe - easy walking distance to delicious restaurants, galleries and shops. Owners/managers very responsive when I had a brief question. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place, location, and communication

Our stay started out a little rocky as there had been a hail storm and the power was out in the neighborhood. Checking in in the dark was a challenge! Mario kept in touch with us the whole time giving us ETAs on when the power would come back on. After that everything went smoothly. We could walk to fabulous restaurants. Furnishings in the condo are lovely. Great kitchen. Highly recommend!

Adult family up for grandfather’s birthday

The condo is in a wonderful community right next to downtown. Location was amazing with its walking distance to the square, restaurants, Georgia O’Keefe museum etc. When we arrived they were still cleaning, so I didn’t want to leave my things to venture out (sorry I just don’t leave valuables unsecured), but it was only for 30 minutes and she left the place spotless. Nice champagne to greet us. Very comfortable bed for me and my husband, only slight issue was my sons are in their 20’s and over 6 feet so they probably needed twin XL beds, but we made it work. We were very happy and comfortable in the lovely well appointed unit.

Perfect in every way

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for our family of five. We’ve stayed in many Vrbos and this was the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed it. Luxury accommodation located several blocks from the Plaza-- truly just the right distance for a quieter retreat from the fray. Also has very convenient access to US highway 84/285. Parking is extremely secure as well.
