The Space:
🏠 The living room features a comfortable couch, fireplace, and smart TV with streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes white cabinets, full-size appliances, a four-seat dining table, and counter seating for four. Coffee maker, dishwasher, and all cookware provided.
Bedroom 1 offers a full-size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and a desk for remote work. One full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 🛁
Outside, the front patio invites morning coffee with ocean air, while the covered back patio comes outfitted with comfortable seating and beach essentials like chairs and towels. Rinse off after sandy surf sessions and relax in the shade.

Drive 10 minutes to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for roller coasters, arcade games, and oceanfront dining. Natural Bridges State Beach is 15 minutes away, known for tide pooling and monarch butterfly migrations in fall and winter. Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park is a 20-minute drive, offering trails through towering old-growth redwoods.
Capitola Village sits just 5 minutes south, with colorful beachfront cottages, boutique shops, and excellent seafood restaurants. Downtown Santa Cruz is 10 minutes away, packed with farm-to-table dining, art galleries, eclectic boutiques, and the lively Pacific Avenue scene.
Getting Around:
Highway 1 runs along the coast and connects you to the entire Monterey Bay region. From San Jose, take Highway 17 west for about 35 miles to reach Santa Cruz in roughly 45 minutes. San Francisco is 75 miles north, about 90 minutes via Highway 1 or I-280 to Highway 17. Monterey and Carmel are 45 minutes south on Highway 1. Santa Cruz Metro buses serve the area. Most guests find a car helpful for exploring beaches, redwood parks, and nearby coastal towns.
