„This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down.
