Great Hotel for staying at before taking flight from KIX. Plus: Free Shuttle bus to KIX Airport, very nice Onsen and free massage chair, very friendly staff. Minus: none really, just that hotel rooms interior is a bit old.

Kansai Airport Washington Hotel
Room was perfectly fine, although not necessarily new. Was clean though. Lights in the room did not allow for a light configuration suitable for watching tv. Train station very close and step free. Uncomplicated Bus shuttle to the airport

Odysis Suites Osaka Airport Hotel
Huge and luxorious hotel with a spectacular view, and with a very affordable price. The train station, a conbini and the outlet/boardwalk are nearby. There's also a free shuttle service to KIX airport several times a day. Definitely the best place to stay if you have to catch an early flight and ...

Universal Bay Condominium
It was comfortable and close to the underground to the Expo. There is no reception so it is not possible to send luggage there, which is otherwise normal in Japan and makes traveling more comfortable.

At first I didnt realize that once unlocked the door didnt relock automatically. Thankfully I found it out really quickly, but just a note to anyone who doesnt double check a door once they leave. KIKU'S ROOM
First of all thank you for allowing us to drop off our luggage 6 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN. That helped us go to the close attraction (just a few blocks) Osaka Aqarium. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of additional amenities and adjacent to universal studios. Will definitely return!
