The Space:

Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this Sanibel retreat. The living room is designed for relaxation, with ample seating and a large TV for entertainment. The adjacent kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with a full range of appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a private bathroom for added privacy. Two guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds and share a well-equipped bathroom. Step outside to the private pool area, complete with outdoor seating, where you can unwind and enjoy the Florida weather. Bikes are provided, allowing you to easily explore the island at your leisure. Pool is heated!!!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole property and garage.



The Neighborhood:

This home is centrally located on the island, guests will enjoy a sense of serenity while still remaining close to all Sanibel has to offer.



Getting Around:

We suggest a car, golf cart or bike.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
