„Our family of 18 adults and 3 babies just returned from a wonderful week at Nye House. There was so much to do; the pool and barn game room were big favorites! Plenty of room to spread out and the house and cottage were very well furnished. Josh was very easy to deal with and always answered my questions right away. Overall it was a great experience.“

„Our week in this home was wonderful. Everyone in the Sandwich area is so friendly. We loved some fresh baked goods from Beth’s Bakery and the Superior Fish Market is wonderful. We dined out at the Fisherman’s View Seafood. We highly recommend this restaurant.The house was just as it looks in the pictures. The landscaping is breathtaking, just wish we had been there when everything was in bloom.My only suggestion would be to get a few more pots and pans and a few more blankets.“

„My daughter, granddaughter and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed. It was only 8 minutes from my other daughter’s home in Marstons Mills. Wish the weather was a little better, but we still had a great time. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great rental. Michael was easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will definitely reach out for future trips down to the Cape. “

„We enjoyed just having a space where the family could be together for a week. We had 7 adults, 3 children and two dogs. At night we played a lot of board games. During the heat wave we just stayed in the pool and the house. We enjoyed the pool. The beach is not far and restaurants were nearby too. It's a lovely quiet little neighborhood. „This home was a gorgeous, relaxing home with beautiful marsh views, an abundance of wildlife, and relaxing spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The amenities inside were top notch. The beds were very comfortable. The living spaces accommodated our family quite well. Our sons enjoyed the upstairs deck for nighttime sky viewing. „We really enjoyed renting this house. It is spacious with great high ceilings, ceiling fans in all rooms, and two window air conditioners. We vacation on the Cape annually, but have never stayed in Sandwich. It was such a great town, close to the bridge, so you avoid all the traffic. Being able to bring our dogs was amazing and there are so many places to walk. The house is easily walkable to 2 beaches, the kids loved it!! Restaurants and Sandwich downtown are also a walk away.
