„This is a stunning condo, the view is outstanding-each morning, with the change in tides and light levels, it looks totally different. The location is perfect-amazing to be right in the centre of P'town, but still have a bay view. The unit is very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Keith, the host, is very responsive and helpful, he's the perfect host. The only down side of our stay was having to leave. This is a gem of a property.“

Great location...quiet and beach access across the street. Condo is impeccably clean; kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. „The condo is as described and has lots of light. Plenty of space for two couples or a small family. The weather was variable while we were there so we used both the gas fireplace and the deck that faces the ocean! The location is close to great restaurants and our dog enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the ocean. Would highly recommend!“

„The condo is on the top floor of a 3 story building right across from the water/beach. The view is spectacular. Great for 2 or 3 people. It was clean, well stocked and had great storage for a small space. Would definitely return.“

„This rental was well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and homey. Everything was as described in the listing. The location is perfect—short walk to town and beach, and a bit removed from the bustling center of town. I personally had no difficulty with the steep staircase, but it should be taken into consideration if that is a factor for others. „We have been there with our 2 kids, enough space for all and liked to be there. Direct beach access, nice neighborhood, just a bit annoying that here was cos traction work next house. But all good, very much liked our stay here.“

„This was a great spot for us to use as a base to explore the cape on our first trip. It was easy to find, lots of interesting things nearby, and easy drive to the national seashore beaches. We'd definitely stat again. The only confusion we had was that there was no parking pass in the unit as the directions said there would be. We messaged the manager but they never got back to us. We left a note on our dashboard, though, and that seemed to work.“

„This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise, ...

Öffnungszeiten sind für Feriengäste kaum akzeptabel, Pools, Fitness, Strandbar und Tennis schliessen zwischen 17.00 und 18.00. Bedienung sehr nett, aber meist durch unerfahrene Studenten. “
