„This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was a cute, well kept little house where we were able to put our heads down in between our fishing all day. “

„Unit was very clean and comfortable. But there wasnt any body washing soap in unit just liquid hand soap. Also was a bit warm in unit even though it says AC available but unable to bring temperture below 73 degrees..“

„The cottage was very nice, the beach was beautiful. I would go there again except my husband has been ill and it was very hard for him going up the sand dune, and not seeing ocean/ water from the house was disappointing but not a deal breaker. I wish that the dune information was made available.“

„This property was perfect - right on the beach, near to everything in Sandwich, easy to get on Rt 6 to explore other towns, plenty of room for our family and especially appreciated 2 bathrooms! Beds and casual seating were very comfortable, a/c kept the unit perfectly cool on some really hot days, and plenty of room to sit and eat and watch TV, do jigsaw puzzles, play board game. Property staff helpful, responsive, and pleasant. Would definitely rent again. “

„I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house is in perfect condition and has every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last! “

„The host Nicole was great, the property and beach access were excellent. The only problem was that the internet was down for the entire stay. After speaking with several neighbors this lack of internet seemed to be this property only. My host Nicole stated that it would be resolved. The internet was never resolved and we ended up leaving a day early because my wife needed to work remotely for her job, we got tired of using a hotspot with spotty reception. Overall highly recommend this property ...

The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We used the linen service that was offered and it was great. The beach was mostly sandy with some rocks at the water line. Campfires on the beach at night were so nice and we really enjoyed the sunset views. We’ll definitely come back! “

"Wenn man eine einfache Übernachtungsunterkunft sucht in einer naturnahen Umgebung ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Von Sauberkeit, Hellhörigkeit und Qualität vom Frühstück darf man nicht viel erwarten. "

"Unser "Montags"Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und der kleine Balkon mit Sonne am Nachmittag war prima. Das Frühstück hat ns auch gut gefallen. Der Inhaber hat uns sehr nett empfangen u d ei ige Tips gegeben. Das Bistro ist wirklich ein Feinschmeckerrestaurant. Wir dort das beste Essen in den USA gegessen. Nicht so toll war das duschen, weil wir dazu in eine Badewanne mit ca. 50cm breitem Rand klettern mussten. Es gab nichts zum festhalten. Ältere Menschen könnten Probleme haben in den Wanne zu kommen. "
