Management is a joke. They gave us keycards for a room that already had guests checked into it. We checked in on Friday night and I called to make a complaint on Monday morning about our stay and they said there was nothing they could do about because we didn’t address it when we checked out Saturday morning. Never staying at a Days Inn again.

Overall our stay was nice. However, i didnt like the bugs in the bathroom; ants and several spiders. We were also very disappointed in the breakfast; low quality. Tv was nice, cooler and microwave worked well, temp control kept us cozy, bed was comfortable. Nights were wonderfully quiet.

Solid hotel was close to the mall and close enough to the park, we got there super late but it wasnt an issue the guy running the desk at night was really helpful.

Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, and we were greeted upon arrival. Rooms were newly renovated. Foyer and entrance are dated and not renovated like the rooms. There was a lot of noise transfer from other rooms and hallways. The beds were not very comfortable and the mattress even being new already had impressions in it as the quality must be low grade mattresses. Our units air conditioner was a chitty chitty bang bang unit so I didnt sleep well at all. At least the room was clean. Breakfast area was clean and had several food choices including breakfast sandwiches, cereals, belgian waffles, bagels, bread and fruit.

Great stay!
Great stay for the value! Check in (Matt) was extremely nice and quick! The building is older but clean and the shower water was hot with good pressure! My husband enjoyed the breakfast options (while I enjoyed the bed for a few more minutes) :)

Stayed one night for our cedar point trip to both parks. It provided what we needed. A clean, quiet, safe place to stay. Wal Mart within walking distance is nice.

This property wasn’t the best and wasn’t the worst but definitely lacked in some basic factors. Remote didn’t work and front desk replaced with one that didn’t have a cover on the battery part…also batteries dead but didn’t have batteries to replace with ?!? Bathroom was questionable on cleanliness scale. Place felt deserted and was very empty. Would not stay again and would not recommend

Staff was nice but the hotel lacked basic conveniences. For example, the only way to get water to drink is to use cash at a vending machine. Who carries cash anymore? Also, the WiFi “hotspot” and cable was very glitchy

Front desk agent was very welcoming and efficient. After dinner, we played cards in the lobby for a while and noticed he was never idle - always policing the area, sweeping, checking the breakfast set up for next day, etc. Room was spacious, clean and well sound proofed. A/C unit worked well. Just a missing tile in the shower.

The property is fine.. my complaint is I called the front desk to complain about my bathroom smelling like strong cigarette smoke coming out into the room I called the front desk again he stated that I could use the public bathroom and all he can do is fine whoever is smoking but how could he fine them when he doesn’t leave the front desk.. I don’t want to smell cigarette smoke while I’m in my room period

This was our 2nd time staying at this Days Inn location and each time has been an incredible stay!! Matt helped us both time with Check In and everything was exceptional!!! He was very attentive and super quick. The service was amazing!! The overall property has been updated and our room was super clean, spacious and the AC worked amazing!! House keeping was super nice as well!! We will be staying here again in the future for cedar point trips!! Thanks again to Matt and the Days Inn staff!!

Terrible Conflict Resolution
Hotel was fine, but in current dispute with hotel as they double charged me. I am in process of having Hotels.Com and my bank reverse charges. I pre booked a visit, and when I got to the hotel the front desk representative said that needed to use my card because of incidentals. He used it to book a new room, even though I already had 2 prepaid and confirmation! When called to refund they refused!!! I want my money back, as they illegally charged without consent.
